At our restaurant, we prepare ingredients and seats according to each customer's reservation.
Therefore, for changes or cancellations of reservations, we charge cancellation fees as follows.
We appreciate your understanding.

■Reservations on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
Since we receive many reservations on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays,
in principle, we do not accept cancellations of reservations.
If cancellation is unavoidable, we will charge the following cancellation fee.

■Cancellation Fee
From the reservation date

14 days prior	10% of the reservation amount
5 days prior	20% of the reservation amount
3 days prior	30% of the reservation amount
Day before	50% of the reservation amount
Same day	100% of the reservation amount

※In case of change in number of people, if it falls within the above period, cancellation fee may apply.

※The same applies in case of weather, traffic conditions, etc.
